THE GYM

We provide the perfect training environment. Our functional fitness space provides a quality, relaxed atmosphere with the best equipment. We take training seriously, but sometimes you wouldn't think it. With the environment we've created, you'll feel like you're training at the gym with your friends, with no one watching. All with some light hearted tunes and the occasional dog to cuddle. What's not to love?

COMMUNITY, MINDSET & LIFESTYLE

We understand that you have a life outside of the gym. Whether you have a busy career, kids to take care of or enjoy your social life outside of coaching, we don't expect you to throw all of this away to achieve what you want. we take the pressure away of knowing and planning what to do, you just need to have the willingness to learn and do what is provided but most of have fun. Our job is to make it so enjoyable you won't dread the training. We'll also teach you all you need to know regarding nutrition, if you want us to!

TRAINING OPTIONS

Although we're predominantly a personal training facility, we offer various options for your training needs.

1-1 & 1-2 Personal Training

    We have plenty of availability from early mornings, evenings and weekends.

    Whatever your training needs or goals, we're here to help!

    By training with one of our coaches, your training will be made simple!

Online program and Personal Training

  1. ANY TIME

    Have the option to train 3-4 times a week with our online program and PT option. You'll have 1 session a week face-to-face, 2-3 other sessions to do and if that's not enough, the Saturday group class to do too!

  2. SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

    The online programs offer scalable options no matter what your ability. Have all the support you need inside and outside of the gym! This option is the perfect accountability tool to learn and keep you on track.

  1. SIMPLE & UNDERSTANDABLE


    Everything put in an easy to use app. Training program, nutrition and lifestyle lessons, check-ins, group community page, extra resources and more!

GROUP TRAINING

  1. COMMUNITY

    Whichever option you choose, you have the opportunity to train with team! We get together once a week for a sweat sesh!

    This gives you the variety of having the gym to yourself and getting to know people within the community. Switch up the style of training with a circuit based class.
