THE GYM

We provide the perfect training environment. Our functional fitness space provides a quality, relaxed atmosphere with the best equipment. We take training seriously, striving to reach Peak Performance. With the environment we've created, you'll feel the personalised aspect. All with some light hearted tunes and the occasional dog to cuddle. What's not to love?

Community workshops and events

We host a range of community events and workshops to get the community together! From in house competitions, Hyrox sims, Run club social to educational workshops around nutrition with our in house dietitian.

We are a personal training facility that also offers open gym and classes.

1-1 Personal Training

    We have varying availability from 6am until 8pm in the week and Saturday mornings for coaching.

    Pricing varies slightly depending on your specific needs, packages and coaches. Book a free consultation with one of our team to discuss your options.

    Strength, conditioning, fitness, rehabilitation.

    Whether you have niggles or injuries, a competition booked (Like Hyrox) or want to improve your overall longevity, we can help.

Small Group Personal Training

  1. Schedule & Pricing: £125pm

    Flexible booking week to week so you can book sessions that fit around your schedule.

  2. SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

    Groups of four people per session. Clear structure, hands on coaching so we can tailor sessions to your needs.

  1. What does this include?


    2 Group PT sessions per week, online training program, open gym membership, optional group class and first access/discounts to our community events and workshops.

Open gym

  1. How does it work?

    We have open gym available throughout the week for our private clients Monday-Saturday. Book extra sessions that suit you to complete your bespoke program or extra cardio/mobility.
